Supervision

I am a qualified person-centered and Relational Supervisor. I supervise individual Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and other supporting professionals. I also supervise groups within organisations.

I see supervision as a collaborative holding and supportive second pair of eyes on your therapeutic and/or support work. I will help you to explore your work and any dilemmas that arise, to gain insight and clarity about you and your client work. We might do this by exploring through the lenses of self, situation, and other in dialectic and creative ways.

Group supervision and TRE, in organisations and for individual therapists and support workers.

I see mentoring and exploring your current practice, career path, growing edges, and opportunities, as all a part of supervision.

I enjoy working creatively and include somatic experiencing and focussing to give a voice to the experience without words, of both the clients you present and both of us.

I have thirteen years of experience working with trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, childhood sexual abuse, sexual abuse and violence, sexuality, bereavement, shame, self-esteem, and many other presenting issues.

I offer supervision either face to face or online.
